Design motors with Motor CAD – Electromagnetic design and thermal behavior.
– Electromagetic design with suitable winding pattern and dimensions of motor to meet the client’s requirement.
– Optimise the design.
– Create efficiency maps, plot torque-speed characteristics, and analyse performance over driving cycles.

Failure mode calculation and analysis (FEA) to ensure products structural stability and durability (Solid works/ Hand Calc /Computational Mathematical models). Using FEA we do stress -Strain calc, burst speed, product optimization.
